DINNER MENU
CANARD A LA PRESSE $75 FOR TWO PEOPLE
Available Tuesday through Thursday with 2 days notice this is an 1820 method of serving wild duck that you must experience. A whole roasted Normandy duck is roasted and carved table side and pressed in our 1870 vintage duck press. The juices are the extracted and reduced with the breasts which are served with potatoes. There is then a second service of the grilled legs and wings with a house salad.
