Moshulu Restaurant Restaurant
Restaurant Review
While it has been over a century since the Moshulu first hit the high seas, guests can board her docks right off of Philadelphia’s pier. While the still-floating tall ship might not cast off down the Delaware River, Chef Ralph Fernandez promises an adventure of another sort: the culinary kind. Inspired by the South Seas, Fernandez’s menu offers an eclectic mix of Southwestern, American, and French techniques and ingredients; dishes range from Stroganoff with Zinfandel-braised short ribs to Thai Filet Mignon & Shrimp. Whether sitting on one of the many outdoor decks enjoying views of the city, or tucked inside the elegantly appointed dining rooms, guests are sure to find one stunningly unique dining experience.
