Title: Burnt, but no big deal... -
Review:
Took a friend to Solaris this afternoon for lunch, and had the boneless chicken wing for an appetizer which were quite tasty. I also ordered the angus burger, and asked to have it cooked medium-well. Once it arrived, it was well over-cooked instead. I mentioned it to the waitress, she smirked and said she told "them" to cook it medium-well. No apology, and left with a burnt hamburger but no big deal as I will never return to that crummy dump...

Title: There are better places - Review: We have gone to the Solaris Grille many times with positive experiences, but it has gone downhill in the past year. This past weekend we went & I order the Baja Fish Tacos without bell peppers (highly allergic). The waitress (Pamela) checked with the kitchen & told me there was only ground pepper, no bell peppers in the meal - great. When our food arrived the waitress had a plate with 3 soft tacos open faced with a 1 tiny tiny piece of fish on each taco, wilted iceberg lettuce and tiny slivers of avocado. Then she had a second plate with the sides that had BELL PEPPERS in them - she said that the dish did have peppers in them after all and just figured she'd bring them out, too. I ate the tiny pieces of fish and didn't touch the rest. My husband's salmon sandwich had 1 wilted tomato on it with wilted lettuce. The waitress came to clear out plates and I told her the meal was not good. She said "Oh, without the toppings it wouldn't be" (maybe something she should have ... Full Review
