A friend gave us a gift certificate to CinCin restaurant. We had never been there so we decided it give it a try. There were 4 adults in our party. Everything we tried was delicious. The food was fresh The service was wonderful. We will definitely go back soon.

Title: CinCin a bit of a disappointment - Review: We went out of our way to get to CinCin based on what we read on Philadelphia Restaurants.com. From the minute we walked in to this almost empty restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, we felt unwelcome. We wanted to order a drink and some small plates to start off before we ordered and the waiter was really put off by this. He took my husband's menu saying that they might need it for other customers. (What customers?) So we ordered our main plates by sharing the one menu. We had to go out of our way to get more water, a glass of wine, etc. The food was pretty good but we will not be returning. Customer service means so much.
