Title: HE'S BACK - Review: RUSS COWAN, HAS RETURNED TO 4TH STREET. A MANAGEMNT OF 2 WERE RUNNING THE STORE FOR 6 1/2 months. Besides doing a fairly poor job, they failed. Mr. Cowan had to go back in and take over. he has cleaned up the store, made some new additions to the menu and things are looking and tasting good again. He even went back to his hours of 8AM to 9PM MONDAY thru Sunday. Look for the store with the hot corn beef odor in Queen's Village...IT WAS YUMMY
